In order to obtain better learning and education effect, our practice is to teach at different levels first: that is, before giving workers safety education, arrange cadres at or above the team level to learn first, so that leading cadres at all levels can master this knowledge first, and then give workers safety quality education at different levels, different processes and different types of work step by step. And explain and educate by playing safety production videos, VCD discs and typical accidents; At the same time, appropriate safety warning signs, slogans, safety bulletin boards, exposure tables, etc. Through education, every employee is fully aware of the importance of safety.

Increase investment to ensure that labor protection articles are in place. In order to ensure the safe, high-quality and efficient completion of the task, it should be said that it is very important to have safe labor supplies in place, because it is related to the health of employees, work efficiency, standardized management and construction environment of the whole construction site. In this regard, our project department clearly recognizes that only if we are willing to invest can we have a better return, and only if we invest can we achieve hardware guarantee and security guarantee. If you are unwilling to invest, the funds for protective equipment and technical measures are not in place, the safety of construction and production will not be guaranteed, and safety management is also empty talk. Therefore, in the whole construction process, we can distribute labor safety protection articles and purchase safety protection equipment according to the requirements and regulations of superiors to ensure that the funds for safety technical measures are in place. In short, as long as there is a need, we should provide financial guarantee for the safety protection of the construction site.
