What is the mission of Eight Words Post?

The mission of postal service is eight words: loyalty and mission.

"Loyalty" is the soul and core of the war position spirit, which embodies the political quality and revolutionary integrity of the ancestors of the war position who are loyal to the party and the people, firm in belief and tenacious in will.

"Mission must be achieved" is the essence and cornerstone of the war spirit, which embodies the noble quality and revolutionary feelings of the war ancestors who are strict in discipline, loyal to their duties, not afraid of sacrifice and dare to win.

Mission of postal service

Under the leadership of the party group of the group company, China Post studied and formed the Corporate Culture System of China Post in three years from 20 13, and officially published the corporate culture handbook of China Post (20 16 Edition) in August of 20 16.

The corporate culture system of China Post "135" includes mind identity system, behavior identity and visual identification system. Mental identity system includes core concepts such as enterprise mission, corporate vision, core values, enterprise spirit and service purpose, and behavior identity includes three behavior models: organizational behavior model, leader behavior model and employee behavior model.

The visual identification system includes five communication modules: static visual module, dynamic audio-visual module, cultural activity module, postal model module and environmental construction module. The three systems are interrelated and mutually supportive, forming an organic whole, serving the strategic landing and image building of China Post.
