Article 3 The competent health departments of the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Bureau and the Railway Sub-bureau are the supervisory institutions for exercising these Measures, and entrust the railway health and epidemic prevention institutions to implement the health supervision and management of station cars according to the relevant national health regulations and the provisions of these Measures. Article 4 The health supervision and management of station cars shall implement the railway health permit, health certificate and preventive health supervision system. Article 5 All units must regard the sanitary work of station cars as an important part of the construction of two civilizations and as a condition for socialist labor competition, inspection, appraisal and assessment. Those who do not meet the relevant hygiene standards or requirements shall not be awarded honorary titles or awards. Sixth passenger, vehicle and health departments should actively carry out the patriotic health campaign centered on the "four pests" and do a good job in the prevention and control of the "four pests". The index and rat density of mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and other vector insects should meet the national hygiene standards.

Chapter II Sanitation of Stations Article 8 Stations shall have corresponding sanitation facilities. Second-class and above stations must set up a certain number of spittoons, garbage bins, toilets and other sanitary facilities in appropriate places, and do a good job of cleaning them regularly. The garbage in the station should be cleaned daily, and it is strictly forbidden to pile up at will. Toilets should have ventilation, fly prevention and hand washing equipment. The bus arrival and departure lines and platforms at the station should be kept clean and hygienic. Article 9 The waiting room shall provide boiled water for drinking, and the public water cups shall be disinfected by one person, and the unsterilized water cups shall not be used by passengers. Article 10 The indoor and outdoor environment of the station building, station square, overpass, underpass, platform, track and station unit shall meet the relevant hygiene standards.
