Baoding Lianchi District Notice on Control of Movement of Outsiders During Epidemic Prevention and Control Period

In order to effectively protect the life safety and health of the people and resolutely prevent the spread of the epidemic, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and policy requirements, we hereby announce the following matters regarding further strengthening the control of the movement of outsiders during the epidemic prevention and control period:

1. Do not leave the bail unless necessary, and do not leave the country unless necessary.

2. Do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas in the country or areas with positive infections.

3. People from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas are temporarily suspended from returning to Lotus. If there are special circumstances where it is really necessary to return to Lianhe, centralized quarantine will be implemented after arriving in Lianhua.

4. Personnel from counties located in domestic medium- and high-risk areas and counties located in areas with positive infections in China are temporarily suspended from traveling to and from Lotus. If there are special circumstances and they really need to come or return to Lotus, they will be subject to home medical observation in Lotus.

5. People from the prefecture-level cities where the domestic medium- and high-risk areas are located, and the prefecture-level cities where the positive infections are located, are temporarily suspended from returning to Lianhe. If there are special circumstances where it is really necessary to return to Lianlian, home health monitoring will be carried out in Lianlian.

6. People coming from low-risk areas in China must present a paper certificate of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, a green health code, and an itinerary code to protect themselves.

7. People traveling across provinces must provide a paper certificate of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After arriving in Lianhe, you must report to your local community and undergo a nucleic acid test to cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
