It is the right thing to take the initiative to refund old-age pensions handled in violation of regulations.

The state will strictly inspect pensions in 2022. Five categories of people will no longer be able to receive pensions, and any excess money they receive will be refunded. Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued a new version of the "Measures for Administrative Supervision of Social Insurance Funds", which will be implemented from March 18, 2022. The Measures clarified the supervision system of social security funds and proposed a zero-tolerance attitude to crack down on fraud and hedging, as well as various illegal activities of social security funds. All localities will also respond to the call to carry out pension benefits verification and conduct comprehensive inspections to crack down on pension theft.

In the future, these five categories of people will no longer be able to receive pensions, and the excess money they received will also be refunded.

1. People who provide false certification materials to defraud social security benefits.

2. People who forge labor relations, steal other people’s identity documents, and defraud social security benefits.

3. People who defraud social security benefits through false benefit certification.

4. People who illegally make additional payments and defraud social security benefits.

5. People who defraud pension insurance benefits by forging personal files, labor ability appraisal conclusions, and illegally increasing the deemed payment period.
