What is a fan room?

Fan room refers to the equipment that can treat the comprehensive wastewater of living system and similar organic wastewater. It adopts glass fiber reinforced plastic structure, which has excellent characteristics such as light weight, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and its service life is over 50 years.

The equipment in the fan room mainly consists of seven parts:

(1) Full-automatic grille: The sewage in the regulating tank is pumped into the grille by the water pump, and the grille is used to intercept tiny floating objects and suspended particles in the sewage. The intercepted sewage automatically enters the sewage pool with the grid rake, and the sewage flows into the subsequent process. The grille is imported from Japan, which has good separation effect, automatic removal of pollutants, difficult blockage and long service life.

(2) Anoxic pool: an anoxic pool is set for denitrification. The sewage separated by the grid flows into the anoxic tank to be mixed with the nitration liquid refluxed in the contact tank, and NZP-II filler is placed in the anoxic tank as the carrier of denitrifying bacteria.

The filler has a good removal effect on nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfide, and the retention time is 2 hours. It is combined with the sludge pond in the previous process to form an A/O process, thus achieving the purpose of phosphorus and nitrogen removal.

(3) Biological contact oxidation tank: * * is divided into three stages, and the total neutralization time is 6 hours. The first two stages adopt NZP-I packing with good water flow characteristics, and the third stage adopts NZP-II packing.

(4) Secondary sedimentation tank: biochemical sewage enters the secondary sedimentation tank, and the design surface load of the secondary sedimentation tank is 0.9-1.2m3/m2.d. The secondary sedimentation tank is adjustable in liquid level, and the toothed water collection tank has good water collection effect, and the sludge gas in the secondary sedimentation tank is lifted to the sludge tank.

(5) Disinfection pool: made according to national standard TJ 14-74. The residence time of disinfection pool is 30 minutes, and the disinfectant is solid chlorine pills or bleaching powder, which is usually added once a week.

(6) Sludge pond: Both the sewage intercepted by the grid and the sludge in the secondary sedimentation pond enter the sludge pond, which is equipped with a sludge nitrification system, and the supernatant of the sludge pond flows back to the regulating pond.

(7) Fan room and automatic control cabinet: The fan room is set separately, and two imported fans are installed inside. The fan room is integrated with the microcomputer control cabinet, and the air outlet pipe of the fan room is connected with the air inlet pipe of the equipment, with the distance not exceeding 15m.
