2. Description of practice

2.1 Steel pipe frame is used

48 (wall thickness 3.5mm) steel pipe is used, and the column height is 5m. The spacing between columns is 3m, and every other column is provided with an inclined bucket, which is made of 3m long steel pipe. The frontage is 7 meters with colored steel plates, and the rest with dense mesh. The horizontal steel pipe is 6m long and connected with butt fasteners. Cross fasteners are used for the connection between the upright post and the horizontal pipe, and rotary fasteners are used for the connection between the upright post and the inclined bucket. Then use 12*75*1 steel welded support for erection, and anchor galvanized iron sheet with bolts. See the following figure for specific dimensions:

2. Construction method

1) Design and set out according to the general plan designed by the construction organization and the construction enclosure. Pay attention to the location of each entrance door and frontispiece street during construction lofting, and adjust it according to the actual situation.

2) carry out foundation trench excavation according to construction lofting. During excavation, the earthwork shall be piled in the enclosure, and the earthwork adjacent to the frame shall be packed with plastic bags to avoid damaging the enclosure. Ensure that it is straight and stable during erection.

3) Write construction announcements and safety slogans along the street of the construction enclosure.

4) Regularly send people to clean the construction enclosure to protect the cleanliness of the construction enclosure. 5) After the construction of the enclosure is completed, the project manager shall preside over it and the construction management personnel shall participate in the acceptance. 6) The rectification opinions put forward for acceptance shall be rectified in time to ensure the quality of the construction enclosure and ensure that the construction enclosure can be neat, beautiful and anti-theft.

1) The construction enclosure is an independent structure with long construction period and poor stability, so special attention should be paid to construction safety during construction.

2) Before the construction of the enclosure, a warning line shall be set up 2m inside and outside the enclosure, and a special person shall be responsible for directing pedestrians and drivers to pay attention to safety.

3) Scaffolding shall be firmly erected, and it is forbidden to use the construction enclosure as a support to erect scaffolding. 4) After the construction enclosure is completed, the cordon can be removed. 5) The slogans and bulletin boards of the construction enclosure must be neat and generous.

4 Precautions

1) The inside and outside of the construction enclosure shall meet the greening requirements as far as possible, and there shall be a greening position.

2) Maintain the construction enclosure and do not pile materials near the enclosure. 3) The construction gate shall be provided with vehicle access signs.

4) The construction unit sends people to maintain the cleaning of the construction enclosure every other day. 5) The construction enclosure is only used for enclosure, and shall not be used for erection of temporary facilities and other purposes.
