What is a cold storage?

Definition of cold storage: Cold storage is a storage room that uses cooling equipment to create suitable humidity and low temperature conditions, also known as cold storage, which is a place for processing and storing agricultural and livestock products, pharmaceutical products and chemical products.

Refrigeration is classified according to storage temperature:

Cold storage:/kloc-above 0/0℃ and below 20℃, mainly used for storing medicines and processing frozen products.

Fresh-keeping warehouse: 0℃ to 10℃, mainly used for storing fruits, vegetables and pharmaceutical products.

Low temperature storage: below-18℃, mainly used for storing frozen pork, frozen poultry and frozen seafood.

Quick-frozen warehouse: below -30℃, mainly used to reduce the temperature of fresh meat and normal-temperature food to below-15℃ in a short time.
