What is a minor lawsuit?

Legal basis: Article 162 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the basic people's courts and the courts dispatched by them try simple civil cases that conform to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 157 of this Law, and the amount of the subject matter is less than 30% of the average annual salary of employees in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the final judgment of first instance shall be executed.
