The unit shall be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan. Individuals who commit the above acts will be fined not more than 200 yuan.

Methods to solve littering:

1. Put more trash cans, and usually put some trash cans appropriately on the roadside. Let people develop good habits in this way, and gradually people's thoughts will change.

2. Patiently persuade. If someone is littering, you can come up and persuade them. Explain to them the dangers of littering. It is everyone's responsibility to protect the environment!
