IX. Preparation for the activity:

1. Discuss with the relevant responsible teachers the right to use the experimental field and rent the tools needed for planting.

2. Through the collection of online materials and related materials in the library, and consulting teachers or professors in relevant aspects of the school, we can know which plants are suitable for autumn planting, maturity cycle and related data (such as temperature, humidity, soil conditions, etc.).

3. Determine the purchase of seeds and flower fertilizer through the overall statistical results.

X. Activity flow:

Stage 1: Launch the "Happy Farm" activity publicity.

1. Post posters and proposals downstairs in the dormitory and on the bulletin board to call on all the students to participate.

2. Contact other departments of the Youth League Committee Student Union to make full preparations for notification and publicity.

3. Make a banner for the activity with the slogan "Happy Farm. It's up to you".

4. Ask the radio station in the school or use the communication tools such as Donghu Forum, Post Bar and Weibo to assist in the publicity.

5. Make publicity at the entrance of Donghu Dining Hall and Jixian Dining Hall, put up exhibition boards, pull banners, and count the number of participants through the method of drawing land from the carton (this number corresponds to the flag number on the farm model), record their telephone classes, and inform them of the specific' activity time.

6. After the registration, sort out the list of registered students and group them, and then make specific arrangements for the work on the day of work

The second stage: launch the main activity
