1. Activity Background:

In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee put forward new requirements for achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, among which, it is necessary to "build an ecological civilization and basically form an industrial structure, growth mode and consumption mode that save energy resources and protect the ecological environment". The new goal of "building an ecological civilization" and "realizing a good ecological environment" has given agriculture and forestry a new historical mission and required them to play a greater role.

in recent decades, the government of China has attached great importance to and continuously carried out ecological construction and nature protection, and has made remarkable achievements, making great contributions to improving the ecological situation in China, coping with the global ecological crisis, maintaining global ecological security, and laying a good foundation for building ecological civilization.

VIII. Theme of the activity: promoting ecological civilization and building a humanistic campus

IX. Preparation for the activity:

1. Discuss with the relevant responsible teachers the right to use the experimental field and rent the tools needed for planting.

2. Through the collection of online materials and related materials in the library, and consulting teachers or professors in relevant aspects of the school, we can know which plants are suitable for autumn planting, maturity cycle and related data (such as temperature, humidity, soil conditions, etc.).

3. Determine the purchase of seeds and flower fertilizer through the overall statistical results.

4. Farm model (a farm model is made of waste products, and areas are also divided in it, and a flag made of toothpicks and waste paper is inserted in each area, and it is labeled, which corresponds to the actual farm areas one by one), and the production of posters is publicized.

5. Make necessary arrangement and beautification of the experimental field, and standardize the division of areas.

6. Invite teachers from the college or farmers from the school to guide the planting work.

7. Organize to watch relevant ecological education films before volunteers carry out activities, so as to strengthen volunteers' enthusiasm for volunteer service.

X. Activity flow:

Stage 1: Launch the "Happy Farm" activity publicity.

1. Post posters and proposals downstairs in the dormitory and on the bulletin board to call on all the students to participate.

2. Contact other departments of the Youth League Committee Student Union to make full preparations for notification and publicity.

3. Make a banner for the activity with the slogan "Happy Farm. It's up to you".

4. Ask the radio station in the school or use the communication tools such as Donghu Forum, Post Bar and Weibo to assist in the publicity.

5. Make publicity at the entrance of Donghu Dining Hall and Jixian Dining Hall, put up exhibition boards, pull banners, and count the number of participants through the method of drawing land from the carton (this number corresponds to the flag number on the farm model), record their telephone classes, and inform them of the specific' activity time.

6. After the registration, sort out the list of registered students and group them, and then make specific arrangements for the work on the day of work

The second stage: launch the main activity

(1) notify the registered students to arrive at the designated activity place on time.

(2) After counting the number of people, we will start to distribute several districts that have been divided in advance to the students who participated in the activities (but it should be noted that

they are not allowed to plant indiscriminately in the designated districts or do anything that may cause damage to the districts).

(3) After the planting area is allocated, distribute tools to each group and arrange planting activities under the guidance of teachers and guide them

(4) After the seeds are sown, each group will be given a sign, so that they can name their own land and insert the sign.

the third stage: the later stage of the activity

1. At the meeting of relevant personnel, participating teachers can be invited to give guidance and suggestions and summarize the development of various series of activities.

2. Settle the funds and compare them with the budget, so as to reasonably plan the fund arrangement for the next academic year.

3. Inform and praise the volunteers and staff, and complete the registration of relevant volunteer activities.

4. Collect the experience of this volunteer's activities, select the best ones and publish them in the newspaper Taxus chinensis.

5. Please ask the relevant staff to do a good job in the later media coverage.

Stage 4: Follow-up work of the activity

1. Prepare for the follow-up work, and arrange to water and fertilize the seeds regularly.

2. Record the leisure time of the participants, and we will send someone to take care of them if they are too busy to come.

3. Before the seeds germinate and can be transplanted, if the participants want to move to the dormitory for cultivation, we can count the number and provide
