Secondly, before the event begins, I will arrange vehicles to receive reporters who come for interviews, and arrange accompanying staff to assist reporters. When reporters are conducting interviews, I will actively assist the reporters in their work, meet their work needs, and make the interview work go smoothly. At the same time, during the interview, if the reporter needs it, I will arrange relevant staff to assist him in taking photos and recording the interview so that the interview can be completed smoothly. Finally, after the interview is over, I will arrange for everyone to take a group photo and arrange a farewell party for the reporters to thank them for covering this event. In addition, after the reporters return, I will continue to communicate with them, send group photos with them, and understand whether they are satisfied with the reception work of my unit.
