After you finish saying what you want to say within 5 seconds, the system will automatically convert what you said into text content in a very short time. Then click Send, and your text chat message will be sent. However, it is worth noting that the current speech-to-text function can only recognize standard Mandarin for the time being, so if you want to achieve accurate voice translation, try to use Mandarin for voice input.

At the same time, we have combined the intra-office voice-to-text and intra-office typing switches. You can manually turn on and off the intra-office text communication system through this setting.
