What shoes are prohibited by law to drive?

You can't drive in high heels. There are laws. In many local laws and regulations, it is clearly stipulated that there should be no behaviors that hinder safe driving, such as wearing slippers, high heels (more than 4 cm in height), barefoot, smoking, etc. Even if the road traffic safety law does not clearly stipulate whether you can wear high heels when driving.

The owner, manager or driver of a motor vehicle shall not commit any of the following acts:

(a) the motor vehicle is driven by a person who has not obtained a motor vehicle driver's license, and the motor vehicle driver's license is revoked or temporarily detained;

(two) driving a motor vehicle barefoot, wearing slippers or wearing high heels;

(3) Making a phone call by hand while driving a motor vehicle;

(four) driving a two-wheeled motorcycle or moped to chase each other, climb and support other vehicles, drive in corners, and carry people in front of the driver;

(5) The total mass of the trailer towed by the moving tractor exceeds the quasi-towing total mass of the tractor.
