"Love only for China" is the battle slogan written by Chen Xiangrong, a martyr who defended the frontier. Simple words and pure feelings have touched countless people. On 2021February 19, Chen Xiangrong was awarded the first class merit by the Central Military Commission.

However, since February 20th, "Clear Love" has been registered as a trademark by individual enterprises and natural persons in China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office in an attempt to gain improper benefits.

On March 5th, 20021KLOC-0, official website and China National Intellectual Property Administration published the Notice on Rejecting the Trademark Registration Application of "Qing Lian" etc. 17 according to law. According to the circular, since February 20th, "Qing 'ai" has been registered as a trademark by individual enterprises and natural persons in China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office, plotting improper benefits, and the agency provides illegal services, which desecrates the spirit of heroism and deviates from the core values of socialism, and easily causes bad social impact.

China National Intellectual Property Administration condemned this, and quickly and decisively rejected 17 trademark registration applications such as No.53747825 "Clear Love" in accordance with Item 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Trademark Law, which was harmful to socialist morality or had other adverse effects.

Recently, Fuzhou Parks New Materials Co., Ltd. of Fujian Province applied to register two trademarks of "Qing 'ai" through the agency Zhiyu Internet Technology Co., Ltd., and on March 17, Fuzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau filed an investigation on the company's suspected malicious trademark registration application.

This case is the first case in China National Intellectual Property Administration where the application for trademark registration of Qing 'ai was rejected and the local market supervision department filed an investigation. At present, the case is under further investigation.

Guangzhou Daily-Two applicants were fined for maliciously registering the "Qing Ai" trademark.
