Article 1: The name of this society is xinzhou teachers university Tao Xingzhi Research Association, and the English name is xinzhou teachers university Tao Research Association (TRSX for short).

Article 2: The Society is an educational organization established with the approval of xinzhou teachers university, and its members are composed of individuals who love education in the departments of education and comprehensive education.

Article 3: The purpose of this society is to study and publicize the educational theory, thoughts and spirit of the great people educator Tao Xingzhi, cultivate college students' comprehensive skills, actively study and explore new methods and new ideas to promote educational reform and development, and strive to shape new people in all aspects of the new century.

Article 4: Learn to accept the business guidance, supervision and management of the competent business units (colleges and universities, education departments).

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 6: Business scope of the Association:

(1) Organizing research and academic discussion on Tao Xingzhi's thoughts; Summarize and popularize the practical experience and achievements of Tao Xingzhi's thought;

(two) to cooperate with the implementation of the guiding ideology of poverty alleviation;

(3) Collecting, sorting out, editing and publishing books, periodicals and materials related to the study of Tao Xingzhi; Organize the publication of documents, that is, develop the publications or academic publications of the Yan Tao Society;

(4) Organize regular activities (10, 18, Tao Xingzhi's birthday) and irregular activities (combined with the specific conditions of policy and social development).

(5) Develop tutor intermediary agencies to train qualified teachers when social conditions are ripe.

Chapter III Members

Article 7: Members of this Association are individual members.

Article 8 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

(a) Support the constitution of the association;

(2) Having the will to join a community;

(3) Correct working attitude.

Article 9: Membership procedures are as follows:

(a) the initial test (qualified to participate in the re-examination of members);

(2) Review (subject to discussion and approval by two-thirds of the directors of the board of directors);

(3) A membership card shall be issued by the Council.

Article 10: Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(a) the right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(two) to participate in community activities;

(three) the priority of obtaining this social service;

(four) criticism and supervision of the work of the society;

(5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily.

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(a) implement the resolutions of the society;

(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of society;

(three) to complete the work assigned by the society on schedule;

(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;

Article 12 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall submit a written application to the Council and return his membership card. A member who fails to pay the fee for one year or to participate in the activities of the Association for many times shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the Association.

Article 13 A member who seriously violates the Articles of Association shall be removed by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.

Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons

Article 14: The highest authority of this Association is the general meeting of members, and its functions and powers are:

(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;

(2) Election and removal of directors:

(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council;

(4) Deciding to terminate.

(5) Deciding on other major matters.

Article 15: A general meeting of members' representatives can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives present vote.

Article 16: The general meeting of members shall be held every six months. The longest period shall not exceed one year. If it is necessary to advance or postpone the general election due to special circumstances, it shall be voted by the board of directors and reported to the competent business unit for examination and approval.

Article 17 The Standing Council and the Council are the executive bodies of the general assembly, leading the Institute to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and being responsible to the general assembly.

Article 18: The Standing Council and its functions and powers are:

(a) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress;

(two) to elect and recall the president, vice president and secretary general;

(three) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;

(four) to report the work and financial situation to the members' congress;

(five) to decide to absorb and recall members;

(6) Deciding to establish offices, branches, representative offices and entities;

(seven) to decide on the appointment of the principal responsible persons of various institutions;

(eight) to lead the institutions of this society to carry out their work;

(nine) to formulate internal management system;

(10) To decide on other major matters.

Article 19: The board of directors shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only after being voted by more than two thirds of the directors present at the meeting.

Article 20: The Council shall meet at least once every two weeks. Under special circumstances, it can also be convened by communication.

Article 21 The Association shall have four standing committees appointed by the competent business units.

Article 22 The Standing Council shall be convened in the presence of all executive directors, and its resolutions shall take effect after all executive directors vote.

Article 23: The Standing Council shall meet at least once every two weeks. Under special circumstances, it can also be convened by communication.

Article 24 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of this Association must meet the following conditions:

(a) adhere to the party's line, principles and policies, good political quality;

(two) have a greater impact in the field of social business;

(3) Being in good health and able to stick to normal work;

(4) Having not been punished by the school;

Article 25 The resignation of the president, vice-president and secretary-general of this Association shall be subject to the approval of the competent business unit.

Article 26: The President of this Association shall exercise the following powers:

(a) to convene and preside over the Standing Council and the Council;

(two) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congress, the Standing Council and the Council;

(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Institute;

Article 27: The Secretary-General of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the semester work plan;

(two) to coordinate the work of various departments and offices;

(3) handle other daily affairs.

Article 28: The Association shall employ several honorary directors or consultants, who shall be teachers of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use

Article 29: Sources of funds of this cooperative:

(1) Funds allocated by the College;

(2) membership fee;

(3) donation;

(4) Outreach income from activities or services within the approved business scope;

(5) Other lawful income.

Article 30: The Association shall collect membership fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association. The membership fee standard is 0.5 yuan per month, which will be paid by semester.

Article 31 the funds of this association must be used for the business scope and career development as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.

Article 32 An association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Article 33 Before changing its membership, the Institute must accept the financial audit organized by the competent business unit.

Article 34 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this cooperative.

Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 35: Any amendment to the articles of association of this cooperative must be approved by the Council and submitted to the members' congress for deliberation.

Article 36: The revised articles of association of this cooperative shall come into effect after being adopted by the members' congress and submitted to the competent business unit for approval within seven days.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 37: The Articles of Association shall come into effect after being examined and approved by the competent business unit.

Article 38: The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Society.
