In terms of optimizing the layout of the professional title evaluation committee, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department is responsible for setting up the Shanxi Economic Series Senior Professional Title Evaluation Committee, optimizing and integrating the Shanxi Senior Economist Evaluation Committee located in the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Shanxi Senior Economist Evaluation Committee located in the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Senior Economist Agricultural Economics Professional Evaluation Committee located in the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

With regard to the identification of senior titles, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department has made it clear that if professional and technical personnel flow from outside the province or are placed by the army in Shanxi and work in provincial units, the senior titles obtained by the original review shall be identified by the unit or the higher authorities according to the personnel management authority.

If you work in a municipal unit, the senior title obtained by the original review shall be recognized by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. Professional and technical personnel of demobilized military personnel who choose their own jobs shall be recognized by human and social departments at all levels in accordance with the principle of territoriality.
