Food Safety Standards for Agricultural and Sideline Products

1. Producers of edible agricultural products should use agricultural inputs such as pesticides, fertilizers, veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives in accordance with food safety standards and relevant national regulations, and strictly implement the safety interval or drug withdrawal period for agricultural inputs. According to the provisions of this period, agricultural inputs prohibited by the state shall not be used.

2. It is prohibited to use highly toxic and highly toxic pesticides on crops regulated by the state such as vegetables, fruits, tea, and Chinese herbal medicines. Anyone who illegally uses highly toxic or highly toxic pesticides will be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Production enterprises of edible agricultural products and farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations should establish an agricultural input use recording system.
