Environmental labeling rules?

1. China Environmental Label Type I

It is my country’s highest level product environmental label. This label is my country’s official environmental label and is authorized by the Environmental Certification Center established by the State Environmental Protection Administration. There are strict review requirements for companies applying for certification, and only the top 30 companies in the industry are eligible to apply for certification.

2. China Environmental Labeling Type II

This label is also called "Environmental Self-Declaration Label". The basis for becoming this label is that enterprises can follow the 12 environmental protection items stipulated in international standards. Select one or more of the standards to make a self-environmental declaration and have it verified by a third party.

3. China Environmental Label Type III

Also known as "Environmental Information Announcement Label". Companies can publish one or more environmental information about their products based on what the public is most concerned about, and have it verified by a third party. For example, if some companies claim that their products have low formaldehyde content, they must publish the specific data on formaldehyde content. After verification by the certification body, they are authorized to use the mark.

4. China Environmental Protection Product Certification Mark

It is an environmental product certification project carried out by the China Bid Certification Center (CSC). The certification scope of this mark includes boards, coatings, furniture, etc. and people Environmentally friendly products and comprehensive utilization products that are closely related to life.

a. The prescribed size of environmental protection signs, the shape of warning signs is a triangular frame, and the shape of prompt signs is a square frame.

Outline dimensions of flat fixed signs: warning sign side length 0.42 meters, prompt sign length 0.48 meters long, 0.3 meters wide; vertical fixed sign dimensions: warning sign side length 056 meters , the prompt sign is 0.42 meters long and 0.42 meters wide; the height of the column is 2 meters from the top of the sign to the ground and 0.3 meters underground.

b. The signboard is made of 15~2mm cold-rolled steel plate, the column is made of 384 seamless steel pipe, and the surface is made of special anti-counterfeiting film.

c. Sign color: The background and columns of the warning sign are yellow, and the pattern, frame, bracket, and auxiliary signs are black; the background and columns of the reminder sign are green, and the pattern, frame, and The brackets and auxiliary signs are in white, and the text font is in boldface.

d. The content format of the auxiliary mark on the signboard: the first line is the company name. The second line is the outlet number. The third line is the type of pollutant. The content of the auxiliary signs on the signboard must be consistent with the relevant content in the pollution discharge declaration and registration form.

The discharge outlet numbering format is uniformly stipulated as follows:

Noise ZS-xxxxx Solid waste GF-Xxxxx

The first two letters of the number are the emission category code, and the last five digits are the emission outlet sequence number. The sequential numbering of the discharge outlets is determined by the local environmental protection department.
