In case of any of the following circumstances, in addition to the Measures for the Administration of Work-related Injury formulated by the project department and other relevant safety management regulations, the responsible person shall be given corresponding administrative treatment and economic punishment, and points shall be deducted according to the following assessment principles.

(1) If the responsible person has a minor injury accident, 30 points, 20 points, 10 points and 5 points will be deducted from the assessment scores of the responsible person according to the total, major, equal and minor responsibilities.

(2) If the responsible person has a serious injury accident, the assessment score of the responsible person shall be deducted by 50 points, 40 points, 30 points and 20 points respectively according to all, major, equal and minor responsibilities.

(3) If employees and other production personnel are slightly injured due to improper construction safety technical measures, the person responsible will be deducted 5-30 points each time.

(4) If employees and other production personnel are seriously injured due to improper construction safety technical measures, the responsible person will deduct 10-50 points each time.

(5) If the project department dies at work once due to improper technical measures for construction safety, the assessment score will be deducted in full.

6. If the responsible person causes injury accidents to others, the assessment score of the responsible person will be deducted from 80 points, 60 points, 40 points and 20 points respectively according to all, major, equal and minor responsibilities.

5. After deducting the safety risk of the responsible person from the mortgage payment, a mortgage payment of the same amount shall be paid separately.

6. Whoever conceals, delays or falsely reports the accident, intentionally destroys or forges the accident site preparation will impose a fine of 500 ~ 2,000 yuan on the responsible person; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling.

7. The responsible person shall be transferred from the project department during the assessment period, and the term of office of the responsible person shall be assessed. Safety responsibility rewards and punishment will be cashed after being audited by the project department manager, and the remaining mortgage will be refunded.
