The National Copyright Administration requires that copyright administrative law enforcement departments at all levels should conduct emblem-related matters at important time points such as the release of the emblem, the online trial operation of licensed products, the issuance of emblem commemorative stamps, and the launch of franchised physical stores. Key products such as precious metal and non-precious metal products, silk products, ceramic products, stationery products, etc. are subject to key copyright supervision.

All localities must determine key supervision objects, supervised markets, and supervision areas offline, and determine key supervision websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile Internet application (APP) stores online, dig deep for case clues, and trace the source of the case. , achieve collaborative handling of cases online and offline, and implement full coverage of crackdowns on online and offline illegal activities.

The National Copyright Administration requires that copyright administrative law enforcement departments at all levels identify a number of key cases of infringement of emblem copyrights, concentrate their efforts, investigate and deal with them quickly, and increase administrative penalties in accordance with the law.

Those suspected of constituting a crime must be promptly transferred to the public security department for filing according to the "two-law connection" mechanism, intensify criminal crackdowns in accordance with the law, and maintain a high-pressure posture against Austrian-related infringement and piracy.
