7. Rights and obligations of Party B. Responsible for completing the archway construction project with quality and quantity according to the address selected by the two parties and the relevant township government agreement. Collapse, damage, falling bricks, convex surfaces, dents, peeling paint, etc. due to quality problems shall not be caused by non-human factors.
8. Fund allocation method. After the start of construction, Party A will pay RMB 25,000 to Party B in advance.
