2. Party B must complete the contracted project on time and in good quality and quantity according to Party A's construction requirements, achieve reasonable construction and rational use of materials, and shall not waste or misappropriate construction materials at will.

3. Party B must adhere to the principle of safety first during construction, and all accidents and expenses incurred during the construction period shall be borne by Party A and Party B.

IV. Payment method

5. Construction Period

6. Party A’s rights and obligations. Party A is responsible for cooperating with Party B in site selection work

and is responsible for coordinating land disputes at the project construction site and some other practical problems encountered during the construction process to ensure Party B's normal construction.

7. Rights and obligations of Party B. Responsible for completing the archway construction project with quality and quantity according to the address selected by the two parties and the relevant township government agreement. Collapse, damage, falling bricks, convex surfaces, dents, peeling paint, etc. due to quality problems shall not be caused by non-human factors.

8. Fund allocation method. After the start of construction, Party A will pay RMB 25,000 to Party B in advance. The remaining RMB 95 will be paid based on the construction project invoice and acceptance related materials after the project is completed and fully accepted. The remaining RMB 5 will be settled in one lump sum after there are no quality problems within one year. Clear all project payments.

9. Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.
