2. Introduction of the first factory

The No.1 branch of the Cold Rolling General Factory is one of the main factories of the 1.7-meter mill project, which is located in the southeast of WISCO, starting from the new batching station in the east, reaching the hot strip steel mill in the west, the east trunk line in the south and the second steelmaking plant in the north. The first factory covers a total area of 400,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 200,000 square meters, of which the main workshop area is 1.49 million square meters. The main workshop is 786 meters long and 2 18 meters wide, divided into 16 spans.

In the 1970s, with the personal approval of the first generation leaders Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai, the first factory was introduced from the former Federal Republic of Germany. It had advanced technology level in the world in 1970s, and was the most modern continuous wide-band mill factory at that time. In order to broaden the variety and expand the production capacity, a color-coated steel plate production line with the level of 80' s was introduced from England in 1984, and it was officially put into production in 1988. 1987 introduced a HC rolling mill production line from Germany, which was officially put into operation in 1989. 1990 imported a longitudinal and transverse shearing line for tinplate and two flying shears for hot cold-rolled plates from Germany. Up to now, the production scale of five series of products, including cold-rolled sheet, continuous hot-dip galvanized sheet, continuous tinned sheet, color-coated steel sheet and non-oriented electrical steel, has been formed, which has met the needs of users and the products have been serialized and specialized.

In September, 2003, the cold rolling mill took the opportunity of technical transformation from a high starting point, and raised 2.26 billion yuan to carry out large-scale overall transformation of the branch factory, so as to expand the production scale, improve product quality, increase product varieties and specifications and meet the needs of different customer groups. While updating a series of related equipment, the main production units are pickling-five-stand cold rolling line, galvanizing line, 48 ordinary nitrogen-hydrogen bell-type annealing furnaces, tinning 1# shearing line, 3# transverse shearing line and longitudinal shearing line. A set of push-pull pickling line, a set of rewinding line, a set of continuous decarburization annealing line for silicon steel and two sets of shearing lines were newly built, so that the first branch factory has 65438+.

3. Introduction of the Second Factory

The second branch factory is a key supporting project and benefit project in WISCO's "Tenth Five-Year Plan" to "build a boutique base, upgrade product grades and focus on building a broadband steel production line". The second branch factory is located in the new steel rolling area south of WISCO No.3 Steelmaking Plant, with a total area of 280,000 square meters, and the main workshop covers a total area of 265,000 square meters. The main workshop is mainly composed of 9 spans, including raw material rolling span, pickling span, rolling span, post-rolling span, hot galvanizing unit span, continuous annealing unit span, rewinding and packaging unit span. Construction of the second plant began in 2002, and the first import contract-acid rolling combined plant was signed on September 26th, 2003. In June 2004, the company signed equipment contracts with foreign parties for all production devices and entered the stage of full implementation. In February 2005, the acid rolling mill was put into full-scale linkage test run and achieved success. The main key equipment of the newly-built second cold rolling mill is imported from Germany (Simak, Demag, Siemens, Alstom, etc.), and its precision level is world-class, which ensures the accuracy of process parameters and the stability of product quality, and can produce high-tech and high-value-added products (the width of automobile plate can reach 2080mm) required by automobile, household appliances and other industries, in which the automobile plate fills the gap in the domestic market, and its quality, performance, specifications and precision are equally treated. The main production units include 13 main production lines, including pickling-rolling combined unit, continuous annealing unit, 3 galvanizing units, color coating unit, rewinding inspection unit, 1 rewinding slitting unit, 2 crosscutting units and 2 automatic packaging units, as well as 1470 sets of various professional equipment. The total investment of the second plant is 8 billion yuan, and the annual design capacity is 210.5 million tons/year, including 900,000 tons/year for cold-rolled products, 0.5 million tons/year for galvanized products and 200,000 tons/year for color-coated products.

4. Brief introduction of the third branch factory

The third branch factory project is one of the key projects of WISCO's 11th Five-Year Plan, and it is also one of the key projects of WISCO's great development at present, which is directly related to the improvement of the company's overall benefit and the accelerated construction of WISCO's automobile board base.
