By organizing the low-income residents to participate in community public welfare activities, they became a new force to participate in public affairs, built a community platform for the low-income residents to repay the society, and achieved their goals.

Since the establishment of the community public service station, * * * has organized 14000 people who can't find jobs to participate in various centralized public welfare activities and public welfare work for more than 360 times. Public welfare activities include the study, training, community publicity and voluntary patrol of the minimum living security policy; Public welfare labor includes planting trees, cultivating soil, watering flower beds, cleaning up dead corners of community health, eradicating slogans and advertisements posted by civil strife in corridors, and taking care of lonely elderly people. In addition to the centralized public welfare activities twice a week, community public service stations also organize some regular public welfare activities to meet the needs of community public activities or public services. Some members of public service stations have also become the heads of residential buildings and the captains of public security patrols. Education has enhanced their enthusiasm for contributing to community public services. Some community public service stations divide the buildings within their jurisdiction into several sections, so that the members of the public service stations can perform their duties and show their own values in the process of community public service.

At the same time, the participation of low-income residents in public welfare activities also meets their spiritual needs and promotes mutual assistance among community members. Laid-off workers become members of public service stations from lonely individuals, and have the opportunity to communicate and help with other community members, realizing that they are not "social outcasts", thus enhancing their self-esteem and self-confidence, enabling them to explore their potential abilities and actively participate in various collective activities to repay the society.
