How to write a receipt for the courier company's picking?

The courier company's picking receipt can be filled in as follows:

Fill in the name of the other company or individual in the upper left corner (be careful to fill in it completely and correctly), and fill in the date of collection in the upper right corner.

fill in the reason for collection in the project column, and fill in the amount in figures on the right. Fill in amount in words under Party O.. Cross out the digits that amount in words doesn't have.

fill in the payee's name below. Stamp the financial seal of unit collection.
