After the Shandong Academy of Sciences came out with the appraisal report, I applied to close the station, and this report was sent to Yantai Transportation Bureau.

Fu Zhiliang is a private enterprise in Yantai and the legal representative of Yantai Transportation Development Company. According to him, Yantai East Bus Station was jointly built by their company and Yantai Municipal Transportation Bureau, of which Yantai Municipal Transportation Bureau invested 1.3 million yuan, accounting for 4% of the shares, and their company invested more than 28 million yuan, accounting for 6% of the shares. It's artificial. We just want to use Yantai Monitoring Group, but Quan Liangbao, director of the Transportation Bureau, has to use Qingquan Construction Company. We have no choice but to listen to his advice and give it to Qingquan Construction Company.
