I just met the requirements and got the training opportunity. After listening to the teacher's detailed interpretation of the "three-district service plan" policy, I realized that this project actually started in 211. Every year, 1, social workers will be selected to serve the "three-district people" and 5 social workers will be trained. I am always a backward person. The last time I participated in the "Hand-in-Hand Plan" in Shenzhen, it was drawing to a close. I didn't know about this project. This time, I didn't know about the "Three-District Service Plan" until ten years later. Fortunately, this project refers to social workers to help rural revitalization, and the end time of rural revitalization is about 25, so I still have time to work hard.

Making agriculture strong, countryside beautiful and farmers rich is the direction of social workers' efforts. This requires social workers to guide village-level party organizations to do a good job in rural governance, and at the same time to strengthen village-level collective economic organizations. Only by doing both can our country's rural revitalization strategy be realized at an early date.
