All the breeding procedures were completed, and on March 26, 2003, it passed the appraisal of the National Sweet Potato Expert Appraisal Committee at the Chongqing National Sweet Potato Conference, and was named "Shangshu 19".

Commercial potato 19 participated in the national regional test for two consecutive years, and the output of fresh potato and dried potato ranked first. Especially in the plain area, the yield is nearly 1 times higher than that of Xu Shu 18, so it is an ideal substitute for Xu Shu 18. Average yield per mu: 5000 kg of spring potato and 3000 kg of summer potato.
