I. Personnel management

1. The conditions for returning to work are strict. Employees in high-risk areas will not return to their posts temporarily; Employees in low-risk areas should hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 3 days and return to work after home observation 14 days; Foreign employees returning to China shall be implemented according to the standards of domestic employees; Overseas employees will not return to their posts in principle. 2. Strictly control personnel access.
