High-altitude throwing is an uncivilized behavior, which will bring great social harm and is also illegal. How to identify and punish high-altitude parabolic objects?

The criteria for determining the crime of throwing objects at high altitude are not clearly defined, but it will be determined that the circumstances are serious, and generally four factors will be considered:

1. Throwing motivation: throwing for many times, but continuing to be carried out after being discouraged by criminal punishment or administrative punishment.

2. Time and place of parabola: It is carried out in crowded places, such as commuting time. Or in public places, such as squares, roads and kindergartens.

3. Harmfulness of parabolic objects: negligence causes objects to fall from high altitude, resulting in death, serious injury, or heavy loss of other people's property.

4. Characteristics of throwing objects: The injury intensity of controlled knives and banana peels is different, and the degree of injury is also different.

Parathrowing at high altitude is a criminal act, and the courts generally convict and punish this kind of parabolic act with dangerous methods, intentional injury and intentional homicide. According to Article 291bis of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than one year, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined. Whoever commits the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph and constitutes other crimes shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of heavier punishment.

Parabolic objects at high altitude will endanger public safety, not only causing personal injury, property loss and environmental damage. It is also an extremely uncivilized behavior.
