China Australia Friendship Park

On August 25th, 2004, XX officially became a sister city with Cairns, Australia, and jointly established the China-Australia Friendship Park, which showed the good friendship between the people of the two cities in green and was a symbol of the friendship between the people of the two cities.

The park was designed by Australian Garden City Design Company, and the detailed work and construction drawing design were completed by XX Urban Construction Design Institute. Located at the bridgehead of the Bay Bridge, the park covers an area of 34.6 hectares and is divided into three scenic spots, which are penetrated by water bodies, creating features that reflect Australian customs and coastal scenery in southern China. The main attractions are Australian Garden, Honglin Avenue, Lighthouse Square, Lakeside Plank Road, Apple Garden and Yulin Plant Ornamental Area. On Honglin Avenue, red trees, golden flowers and bauhinia, the city flower of XX, donated by Keynes, are planted, which symbolizes that the cause of the two cities is as beautiful as flowers and the friendship is as beautiful as flowers.

The main attractions are Australian Garden, Red Avenue, Wooden Plank Road, Fruit-accumulated Height, Yulin Plant Ornamental Area, etc. In Honglin Avenue, Beacon Tower and Binhu Square, the flaming tree, golden flower tree and XX city flower: Bauhinia, presented by Keynes City, are planted, symbolizing the brilliant career and gorgeous friendship between the two cities.

South tropical garden

Located at the junction of Chikan District and Development Zone, covering an area of 64 hectares, it is a municipal comprehensive central garden with tropical garden plant characteristics, which integrates ecological protection, popular science education, leisure and entertainment, and ornamental culture. The tropical garden in South China is surrounded by urban roads, with Renmin Avenue in the west separated from the public security guard center, Wendong Road in the south and Tiyu South Road in the north connected with Haibin Avenue. According to the plan, the hospital can be divided into six areas by function, namely: entrance landscape area, youth activity area, agricultural ecological viewing area, leisure and sightseeing area (main park), field science popularization camp area and Guo Jia South District.

South tropical garden started construction in July 2006, and basically completed the main greening planting during the Spring Festival of 2007 as planned. The whole construction runs through the people-oriented concept, embodies the folk customs of XX city, condenses the history and culture of XX city, contains the spirit of the times and inherits the urban civilization, and will become the central garden of XX city.

According to whether the Planning Institute has a function in elegant dance, it can be divided into six districts. Entry scenic spot, teenagers' behavior zone, agricultural ecological viewing zone, leisure tourism award zone (main garden), wild science popularization post and Nanguo Jiaguo zone.

Baileyuan

A hundred paradise

Baileyuan is the first park in Mazhang District since the completion of 1994. Baileyuan is located in the center of the city at the intersection of Ruiyun Road and Masui Road in Mazhang, with a total area of 16 mu. It turned out to be a pond for discharging domestic wastewater from nearby residential areas. In order to make up my mind to transform this area, a comprehensive and systematic transformation was first implemented. Through the pollution control of the diversion canal, the problem of domestic sewage discharge in this area has been completely solved. In May 2005, the greening transformation was started and completed on the National Day of that year. According to local conditions, the park transformed the original two sewage pools into upper and lower landscape water surfaces. There are waterside pavilions, rest corridors, flower rack corridors and Little Square beside the lake for tourists to take a leisurely walk. At present, the park has winding bridges, bright waterside pavilions, tree-lined paths, green willows and clear lakes, making it a good place for residents to relax and entertain.

Bailemen District 1994 is the first park built since its establishment. Baipa Radish is located in Geelong, the center of the city, at the approximate intersection with Zhangyun Road, with a total area of 1.067 hectares.
