Minghe aqueduct is a comprehensive hub composed of aqueduct, control sluice, retreat sluice, maintenance sluice and ice sluice. The trough is a simply supported beam structure with a longitudinal 16 span and a single span of 40m. The groove is a rectangular prestressed reinforced concrete structure, with three grooves connected together, a single groove with a clear width of 7m and a clear height of xxm. Because the special equipment of our project department is basically focused on beam construction, we must check the safety performance of mobile formwork every day. After pouring several beams for some stressed members, the fatigue condition of the stressed steel bars is detected again, and the steel bars that cannot meet the safety performance are eliminated and replaced. Due to the influence of subgrade, the special equipment of beam yard and transport frame was basically out of service from June to August, but the special equipment on site was maintained normally.

6. Safety investment.

My project department has learned safety lessons from all kinds of construction sites in safety investment, and spared no expense in safety production investment to ensure construction safety. At present, all the construction sites in our project department have not neglected the safety problem because the safety investment funds are not in place, nor have they affected the construction progress because the safety investment funds are not in place.

7, emergency plan preparation and exercise.

According to the understanding of the measures taken by migrant workers in accidental injuries, and in view of the actual situation of safety construction and production in our project department, an emergency drill was specially organized in yi river No.6 Bid Section, which was successfully concluded and recognized by the owner and the supervision site.

Second, there is a problem.

3. The "four ports and five entrances" on the construction site lack safety protection facilities;

4. The safety protection of Liutang overpass bridge is not in place, and the safety net set in the limb is damaged and does not meet the requirements;

5. The use and management of special equipment for box girder prefabrication yard of Liangsan Bridge is not standardized;

6, fire fighting equipment is insufficient, expired, not in the obvious position;
