At present, the local epidemic situation in China is characterized by many points, wide areas and multiple occurrences, and the situation of prevention and control is severe and complicated. In order to build a strong epidemic defense line in our region and keep the bottom line that no large-scale epidemic will occur for a long time, we now put forward the following suggestions on further strengthening the current epidemic prevention and control work in COVID-19:

The first is to standardize the wearing of masks. In and out of the community, shopping malls, supermarkets and other public places and participants in gathering activities must wear masks. Teachers and students in classrooms, laboratories, libraries and other indoor closed places and participating in group activities such as exercises must wear masks in a standardized manner. Towns should strengthen supervision and reminding of activists in public places, especially wearing masks for "one old and one young"; It is strictly forbidden to enter public places without wearing standard masks.

Second, to effectively achieve the "four clean-ups", it is necessary to strengthen the investigation of foreign Iraqi personnel in the city, find out the number, responsible person and location, and control them; Strengthen the investigation of personnel in high-risk areas in our district, communicate and connect in time, so as to make the base clear, the personnel clear, the location clear and the trend clear; For risk personnel such as secret connection and sub-secret connection, it is necessary to check the ground personnel within 6 hours after receiving the information,/kloc-control in place within 0/2 hours, and feed back the results 24 hours, so as to realize daily registration, daily flow adjustment, daily detection and daily control.

The third is to control risk personnel. According to the degree of risk, control measures such as centralized isolation and home isolation are implemented for people coming to Iraq from cities where high-risk areas are located; For those who come to Iraq from cities with low-risk areas outside the province and confirmed cases in the province but no middle-high risk areas are defined, strict home isolation control measures are implemented. Strictly implement "point-to-point" closed-loop transshipment for personnel from counties, Shanghai and Suzhou where high-risk areas in Guangdong Province are located, and implement centralized isolation control measures; For those who have lived in Changzhou and Xi, home isolation and control measures shall be implemented.

The fourth is to insist on the common defense of characters. Express delivery and logistics enterprises should implement personal protective measures such as wearing gloves, masks, work clothes and temperature detection, and stipulate the frequency of nucleic acid detection, and standardize the disinfection of mail express and the environment. Mail from overseas and high-risk areas should be registered and disinfected, and various epidemic prevention and control measures should be carefully implemented to prevent the virus from "passing from thing to thing".

The fifth is to strictly control key places. Pharmacies should continue to stop selling antipyretics and cough medicines, and medical institutions without fever clinics such as community clinics and individual clinics should not treat patients with fever; Medical institutions and isolation places should compact the responsibility of preventing and controlling hospital infection, standardize and implement measures to prevent and control hospital infection, and keep the bottom line of preventing and controlling hospital infection; Old-age care institutions, welfare institutions and supervision places should strictly implement closed management. Departments in charge of various industries should strengthen supervision and inspection of the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in their own systems and industries, and promote the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.

The sixth is to prevent cross-infection. Compacting the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control in the unit, and strictly implementing the prescribed nucleic acid detection frequency for 27 key personnel, mainly those who are isolated at home; All nucleic acid detection institutions and temporary nucleic acid detection sampling points should adjust the original "1 rice noodle" to "2 rice noodle" in time, do a good job in crowd guidance and order maintenance, and keep a distance of 2 meters between detection objects. Hotels and other places, to supervise the organizers to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, shall not undertake unauthorized activities of more than 50 people. Towns, industry departments and supervision teams should strengthen supervision and inspection of people gathering to hold weddings, hotels and other places, and those who refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control measures shall be banned, shut down and rectified according to law.

Eighth, strengthen the management of code allocation. The three major operators should insist on sending short messages to Iraqi personnel to remind them to report in time, and cooperate with the implementation of corresponding epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection; Public security, medical care, big data and other departments should intensify the investigation of risk personnel, implement code management, and achieve "all should be assigned"; For those with abnormal health codes, risk investigation should be carried out in time, and corresponding prevention and control measures should be implemented quickly. The red and yellow codes should not be directly used as the basis for isolation control without adjusting the flow. Compacting the responsibilities of big data, medical and health departments, towns and communities, and decoding those who eliminate risks such as timely implementation of control measures.

Nine is to weave the bottom of the epidemic prevention and control network. Build a digital defense line, a bayonet defense line and a grassroots defense line, and tighten a solid epidemic prevention and control network. Strictly implement the reporting system for personnel coming to Iraq. Epidemic prevention and control card points should strictly check the "two yards and one card" of people outside the city, so that every car must be checked, everyone must be checked, and the inspection should be checked. Give full play to the role of grass-roots organizations such as communities, organs, enterprises and institutions, strictly implement measures such as wearing masks, checking place codes and travel codes, and ensure that key personnel check, measure, control and report on the same day.

Ten is to speed up vaccination. Practice has proved that vaccine is the most powerful weapon against COVID-19. Towns should intensify propaganda, strengthen personnel arrangement, actively and steadily promote vaccination in COVID-19, especially for people aged 60-79, realize full vaccination for people without contraindications, and strengthen vaccination. The office of the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters will report the vaccination situation in each town every week, especially for people over 60 years old.

Eleven is to strengthen publicity and guidance. Propaganda, medical care, disease control and other departments should make full use of Weibo, WeChat official accounts and self-media, carry out epidemic prevention and control situation, epidemic prevention and control measures and epidemic prevention and control knowledge propaganda through various channels and forms such as expert reminders and policy interpretations, guide the general public to develop good health habits and healthy lifestyles, guide the general public not to travel unnecessarily, guide people outside the city not to come to Iraq unnecessarily, guide people who come to Iraq to report voluntarily, and consciously implement prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing.
