Safe operation of roadheader

1. Drivers should have a junior high school education or above, love their jobs, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can only take up their posts with certificates after passing special training and examination.

2. The driver must be familiar with the structure, performance and action principle of the machine, be able to operate the machine accurately and skillfully, and know the general maintenance and fault handling knowledge of the equipment.

3. The driver must insist on using all the safety locking and protection devices on the roadheader, and must not change or get rid of them without authorization, and cannot adjust the pressure of various parts of the hydraulic system and atomization system at will.

4. The operating handles, buttons and indicating instruments of various electrical equipment control switches should be properly protected to prevent damage or loss.

5. besides being proficient in operating the machine, you should also carry out daily inspection and maintenance of the machine. When the roadheader is found to be faulty, it should actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel for handling. If it cannot be handled, it should immediately report to the district team or the operation department.

6. There must be two drivers, the first driver is responsible for the operation and the second driver is responsible for the supervision. Must concentrate, and shall not leave their jobs without authorization, and shall not entrust unlicensed personnel to operate.

7. When the roadheader stops working, overhauls and shifts, the disconnector on the machine must be disconnected, and a power-off sign should be hung.

8. The succession driver must explain the machine operation and existing problems to the succession driver.

9. When the gas concentration reaches 1.5% in the airflow within 2 meters before and after the roadheader, it is necessary to stop running, cut off the power supply and handle it. When the gas concentration must drop below 1%, it can be powered on.

1. After taking over, the driver should carefully check the working face and the surrounding conditions of the roadheader to ensure that the working area is safe, clean and free from obstacles.

11. Before starting the machine, the driver must check the machine as follows:

(1) All operating handles and buttons should be complete, flexible and reliable, and all operating handles should be set to zero.

(2) The mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and safety protection devices should be normal and reliable, the parts should be intact, and the connecting screws of each part should be complete and fastened.

(3) The cable clips of each connecting device of the electrical system shall be complete and firm, and the cables shall be hung neatly without damage or extrusion.

(4) The joints of hydraulic pipeline and atomization system pipeline shall be free from damage and leakage, and the protective devices shall be complete and reliable. Prepare the extended cables and water pipes along the working face, and hang them neatly. The length of cables and water pipes dragged behind the roadheader shall not exceed 1m.

(5) The oil level and quantity of the reducer and hydraulic oil tank should be appropriate without leakage, and the machine should be oiled and lubricated according to the technical requirements.

(6) The transfer belt conveyor shall be in good condition and complete rollers.

(7) The cutting head picks and tooth seats should be in good condition. If it is found that the teeth are lost or seriously worn, the power supply of the roadheader should be cut off and replaced in time.

(8) The loading rake and sprocket should be in good condition. The sag of scraper chain should be appropriate, without chain breakage and pin loss, and the scraper should be complete and undamaged. The locknut should be tightened to prevent the scraper from loosening.

(9) Tracks, track shoes, pin shafts and sprocket wheels shall be kept intact, and the tightness of tracks shall be adjusted according to regulations.

(1) The spraying system, cooling device and lighting shall be in good condition.

12. Power transmission is not allowed until the machine is checked and confirmed to be normal and the workers are evacuated to a safe place, and no-load trial operation is carried out according to the operating procedures, and starting with load is prohibited.

13. Give an alarm signal before starting the machine, and start it in the order specified in the technical operation of the machine.

14. according to different properties of coal and rock, determine the best cutting method. The specific methods refer to the following ways:

(1) When excavating semi-coal and rock, the coal should be cut first, and then the rock should be cut, that is, the procedure of softening first and then hardening.

(2) In general, the cutting should start from the lower part of the working face, and the bottom should be cut first and then cut.

(3) The bedding of coal and rock must be considered in cutting, and the cutting head should move along the bedding direction of coal, and should not cross the bedding.

(4) When cutting whole coal, all sides should be brushed first, and then the middle part should be broken.

(5) For hard coal, a top-down cutting procedure is adopted.

(6) For the broken roof, the method of retaining top coal or cutting off the periphery of the face should be adopted.

15. The following matters should be paid attention to when cutting coal and rock:

(1) When the rock hardness is greater than the cutting capacity of the roadheader, stop using the roadheader and take other rock breaking measures.

(2) Grasp the advancing speed of the machine according to the hardness of the coal and rock, so as to avoid overloading the cutting motor or crushing the scraper conveyor, and put down the shovel plate when cutting. If the amount of coal falling is too large and overload occurs, the driver must stop the machine immediately, and exit the roadheader for processing. It is forbidden to start the machine by inching, so as not to burn the motor or damage the hydraulic motor.

(3) The cutting head must be rotated to cut coal and rock. The cutting head is not allowed to start with load, the advancing speed should not be too high, and overload operation is prohibited.

(4) When the cutting head is in the lowest working position, it is forbidden to lift the shovel plate. The spacing between the cutting part and the shovel plate shall not be less than 3mm, and it is forbidden for the cutting head to collide with the shovel plate. When cutting the upper coal and rock, the pick should be prevented from touching the net and the beam.

(5) Always pay attention to cleaning the bottom and clean up the floating coal (rock) on both sides of the machine body. When cleaning the bottom, you should press one knife at a time to avoid a hard ridge at the bottom, so as to prevent the crawler from getting higher and higher when moving forward.

(6) When the coal and rock fragmentation exceeds the height and width of the gantry of the machine, it must be manually broken before shipment.

(7) When the cylinder line is terminated, the operating handle should be released immediately to avoid the overflow valve overflowing for a long time, which will cause the system to heat up.

(8) When the boring machine cuts forward, the cutting arm is not allowed to be in the left and right limit positions.

(9) Loaders, reloaders and rear supporting transportation equipment are not allowed to run over load.

(1) always pay attention to the sound and pressure changes of various parts of the machinery, reducers and motors, and stop the machine for inspection immediately when problems are found.

(11) No operation is allowed due to insufficient air volume and uneven dust removal facilities.

(12) After the motor works for a long time, don't stop the cooling water immediately. Wait for the motor to cool for a few minutes before closing the waterway.

(13) When an emergency situation is found, the power supply must be cut off with the emergency stop switch, and it can only be turned on after the cause is found out and the fault is eliminated.

16. Start the machine according to the following procedures:

(1) Pull out the emergency stop button on the operation box and pull it to the normal position.

(2) Turn the power switch of the operation box to the "On" position with special tools.

(3) turn the fault detection switch in the electrical box to the "normal" position.

(4) ring the bell for early warning, start the oil pump motor, and then start the cutting motor (the cutting motor can only be started when the support switch on the operation box is turned to the "run" position), and the startup process is completed.

(5) operate each corresponding operating handle to realize the working procedure.

(6) After the working procedure is completed, you can turn the corresponding motor to operate the switch to the stop position when you stop running the machine. When emergency stop is needed, it can be realized by pressing the emergency stop button on the operation box, or pressing the emergency stop button on the electrical box or pressing the emergency stop button on the non-driver side of the roadheader.

(7) When the driver leaves the driver's seat, he must push the "emergency stop" button on the operation box and turn the power switch to the "off" position with special tools.

17. The shovel plate should be dropped when the roadheader advances, and lifted when it retreats.

18. When the roadheader is working, the support cylinder should be raised, and the support cylinder should be put away when moving forward and backward.

19. The driver should concentrate when working, start the machine smoothly, keep an eye on the direction, and obey the command of the person in charge. Stop the machine immediately and cut off the power supply when finding signs of roof caving or endangering the safety of personnel.

2. Finishing work

(1) After stopping the machine according to the specified operation sequence, the tunneling machine should be retreated to a safe place and the shovel plate should be placed on the bottom. Retract the cutting head, put the cutting arm on the bottom plate, close the water gate, and hang the cable and water pipe.

(2) The electrical equipment such as motor, control box and operation box should be covered in the face with heavy water spray.
