1. Guiding ideology and goals

(1) Guiding ideology. 2. Working organization and responsibilities

(1) Establish a leadership organization. The school established a leading group for disaster prevention and reduction and flood prevention and relief work (hereinafter referred to as the Linxia Disaster Prevention and Reduction Leading Group) to implement various instructions from the county education committee, town party committee, and government, and lead, direct, deploy, and coordinate disaster prevention and relief work. (2) Establish and improve the emergency rescue team. The school established an emergency headquarters to deal with emergencies, which consists of seven emergency rescue teams: comprehensive coordination, intelligence information, emergency rescue, logistics support, accident investigation, and aftermath processing. Each emergency team should conduct emergency response drills to respond to various sudden disasters based on the characteristics of the school, improve emergency response capabilities, and be able to respond when called upon.

(6) Logistics Protection Group:

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the food arrangements and material preparation for rescue personnel, and performing on-site rescue work.

(7) Accident investigation team:

3. Main tasks

(1) Effectively strengthen publicity and education. The Comprehensive Coordination Group is responsible for organizing publicity and education, increasing the publicity of Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day and flood prevention and relief activities, setting up publicity stations in crowded places, streets and campuses, printing and distributing publicity materials, and adopting various forms. Strengthen publicity and educate teachers and students on self-protection and self-rescue knowledge of earthquakes and geological disasters.

(2) Carry out investigation and rectification of hidden dangers. Under the leadership of the vice principal (person in charge), the school formed a hidden danger investigation team composed of Yang Xiangming, Ran Qifu, Tan Ruilin, and the leaders of each village school to comprehensively inspect D and C-level dangerous buildings, evacuation passages of school facilities and equipment, and all residents living in D All people in dangerous buildings must be moved out and resettled in resettlement sites for proper resettlement.
