1. Guiding ideology and goals

2. Working organization and responsibilities
(1) Establish a leadership organization. 3. Main tasks
(1) Effectively strengthen publicity and education. Strengthen publicity and educate teachers and students on self-protection and self-rescue knowledge of earthquakes and geological disasters.
(2) Carry out investigation and rectification of hidden dangers.
