Work measures:

According to the arrangement of the county party Committee and the county people's government, the target of our bureau's fixed-point assistance is the old towns and villages. This year, 12 poor households were helped, and the key help targets were determined. Through research, this year's main assistance work plan is as follows:

3. Carry out activities of caring for students. Take the donation activities of "love package", "hand in hand" and "helping students in autumn" as an important work to help the poor, mobilize the cadres and workers of the whole system to care for the next generation, and put the work of aiding poor students in place as a long-term work.

4. Carry out charitable fund-raising activities. Solidly carry out activities such as "one-day donation, one-yuan donation", "one-day donation for charity" and "one-day donation for helping the disabled", and organize the broad masses of cadres and workers and all kinds of real estate and municipal enterprises with qualifications above Grade III in the city to give their love and help the people in need.

5. Carry out activities to help weak villages. I. Work objectives

2. Develop tobacco cultivation. The farmland in our village is suitable for the development of tobacco production. It is planned to mobilize the masses to plant 500 mu of tobacco leaves, and the village corner cadres will guide tobacco farmers to adopt dehumidifiers and air conditioners to solve the problem of not drying tobacco leaves in rainy days, improve the quality of tobacco leaves and increase their income.

3. Develop tea economy. Support 10 tea farmers and tea processing households (see attached table), and each household subsidizes 1 10,000 yuan for purchasing tea machinery. At the same time, technical experts from the County Agricultural Tea Bureau and tea-making experts from Neianxi tea area were invited to the village for tea planting and scientific pest control training, so as to improve the tea production level of the masses and increase the income of tea farmers.

(1) Improve the mechanism and implement the responsibilities. This year, we will put the construction of assistance projects on the important agenda of our village, equip with enough specialized personnel, set up a working group for key assistance projects, decompose specific project tasks into specific people, define the specific implementation time limit, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and with good quality.
