Measures for the administration of the use of company seals
Article 1 These Measures are formulated to strengthen the seal management of * * * * Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "* * * *").

Article 4 When using seals, the regulations on the use and management of seals must be strictly implemented. Anyone who does not conform to these measures shall not use the seal.
Chapter II Use and Management of Seals
Article 5 Use of seals
(a) Official documents issued in the name of * * * * must be signed and approved by the leader of * * * before they can be printed.

(three) * * departments should go through the formalities of printing in accordance with the provisions. In principle, personnel from other units are not allowed to print directly in the general manager's office.

(5) When the legal representative of * * * is in the company, in principle, the name seal and signature seal of the legal representative are not used, and all documents that need to be signed are sent to the legal representative for signature. If it is really necessary to affix the seal and signature of the legal representative, it shall be approved by the legal representative.
During the business trip of the legal representative, the person in charge of the general manager's office shall seek the approval of the legal representative, or other leaders authorized by the legal representative shall sign the seal approval form before affixing the name seal and signature seal of the legal representative.
(6) When using the seal, the agent shall submit the seal approval form to the seal administrator in the general manager's office for safekeeping, and register and sign on the seal register.

(8) When each department borrows the seal of * * * * from the company, it must be accompanied by the seal supervisor in the general manager's office and return the seal before 4: 30 pm that day. Article 6 seal management
(1) The signature and seal of the legal representative of * * * shall be the responsibility of the principal in charge of the general manager's office, and the other seals of * * * shall be the responsibility of the personnel designated by the general manager's office, and the seal registration system shall be implemented.
(2) The seal manager in the general manager's office shall check whether the seal is complete before coming off work every day, lock the seal in the iron cabinet for safekeeping, and shall not store the seal on the desk. After going to work the next day, you should first check whether the sealed iron cabinet is abnormal. If you find any unexpected situation, report it to the general manager's office and the leaders of the security department immediately. When the person in charge of the seal during working hours is away from his post due to going out, he should keep the seal properly.
(3) When the person in charge of the seal is absent from his post due to business, illness, vacation and other reasons, the leader of the general manager's office shall designate a special person to take charge, and the person in charge of the seal shall hand over the work to the person in charge of the seal and explain the matters needing attention in using the seal. After the professionals go to work normally, the custodian should hand over the work to the professionals, register the start and end dates of printing, and implement the registration and filing system for printing personnel, clarify the responsibilities and implement them to people. When handing over the work, it is necessary to strictly handle the handover procedures, register the start and end dates of delivery and management, and manage the types and quantities of seals. The handover personnel shall sign, and the leaders of the general manager's office shall sign for later use.
(4) When the seal management personnel in the general manager's office are transferred or resigned for various reasons, the leaders of the general manager's office shall designate special personnel to manage the seal, handle the handover work in time, and explain the matters needing attention in using the seal.
(five) when it is necessary to engrave a new seal due to institutional changes, it must be based on the documents approved by the higher authorities to set up a new institution; To replace the old seal, you must apply to the general manager's office with the original seal. With the approval of the leaders of * * *, the Seal Commissioner of the General Manager's Office will go to the Public Security Bureau to handle the seal engraving. After the engraving of the new chapter is completed, all departments should carefully register when receiving the new chapter, indicating the name and date of the signer, as well as the year and month when the new chapter is used and used as a waste chapter, and hand over the old chapter to the seal Commissioner of the general manager's office, who will register it, return it to the archives and reference room and keep it properly according to the regulations.

Article 8 If the seal is not used according to the examination and approval authority or the contents of the printed document are wrong, the seal manager shall not use the seal; If the manager refuses to review the contents printed by professionals, professionals can refuse to use printing or report to the leader for handling.
Chapter III Supplementary Provisions
Article 9 The storage and use of the seals of various departments shall be implemented with reference to the Provisions on the Administration of the Use of Seals. Domestic enterprises may formulate measures for the administration of the use of their seals with reference to these measures.
Article 10 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
