During these days of working, I have also discovered some unreasonable problems at work. , it was very difficult to put forward stupid solutions to the problem:
1. Employee work mood and enthusiasm. For cashier colleagues, if they make a mistake, if it is not very important or a problem that needs to be solved urgently, do not immediately provide guidance. Instead, wait until you get off work to deal with it. For example, employees forget to pick up hard marks, forget to apply for discounts, etc. Solving it as appropriate will make management appear to be very humane. This also improves employee productivity.
2. Management on the first floor of the warehouse. The merchandise that has just come in is piled randomly on the first floor. When people from various departments go to pick up the goods, they trample and destroy them at will. This is obviously an important factor in the loss of goods. There should be good rules when unloading, stacking, and picking up goods.
3. Cash register scanner. The cash register is the most important link in completing the exchange of goods. The quality of the cash register directly affects the smooth progress of the purchase. Some customers said: "I can't scan it, so I don't want it anymore", because in their eyes, the products that can't be scanned are expired products and the quality is unreliable. This resulted in the accumulation of a lot of bulk goods, depreciating the value of the goods. The aging and obsolescence of the scanners is the culprit. Should we consider replacing them with another batch? In this way, work efficiency has improved, and the customer queue has also changed from "skinny" to "fat".
4. Handling of clearance products. In order to ensure the slogan "Customer First", the company stipulates that employees can only purchase clearance products after 24 hours. This is also unfair to colleagues who work hard for the company. Because employees also have dual identities: employees and customers. There are still employees complaining and hiding clearance items, and violations still exist. It can be seen that the regulations are not perfect enough.
Of course, the above is not the reason for my resignation. It is just the impulsiveness of young people. It is foolish and disrespectful to make rash comments on phenomena that I think are unreasonable.
I am a person who values ????promises and keeps promises. I should have stayed at Wal-Mart as promised. I am grateful to the company for its love for me. However, school is about to start, and tuition fees are a "big bill". I have to go back and help my family with some labor and spend more time with my parents. On the one hand, I am raising money, and on the other hand, I am grateful to my parents for their upbringing.
