Duties of Dongfeng Road Office in Hohhot New District

1. (1) Strengthening Party building. Implement the grass-roots party building responsibility system, give full play to the leading role of politics, promote the interaction between street community party building and unit party building, industry party building and regional party building, and coordinate the party building work in new areas, new formats and new groups in the region. Responsible for publicizing and implementing the party's line, principles and policies and national laws and regulations, implementing the work arrangements of the district committees and governments, and studying and deciding on major issues such as street and community construction, spiritual civilization and peace. Publicize and implement the party's United front policy and do a good job in the party's United front work. Organize, coordinate and guide the party organizations of other units within the jurisdiction and party member to participate in community building, and implement territorial management for resignation, unemployment and mobility in party member. Responsible for the national security work in this region, and do a good job in ideological, national defense education and militia armed work. Leading street trade unions, Communist Youth League, women's federations and other mass organizations, guiding and supporting them to carry out their work in accordance with their respective articles of association. Do a good job of liaison between NPC deputies and CPPCC members and handle people's letters and visits.

2.(2) Coordinate regional development. Conscientiously implement major decisions on street development, participate in the construction planning and public service layout of the jurisdiction, and put forward opinions and suggestions on major projects related to the interests of the people in the jurisdiction to promote the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of the jurisdiction.

3.(3) Organize public services. Organize and implement community public services closely related to residents' lives, implement policies related to people's society, civil affairs, disabled persons' federations, education, culture, sports, science and technology, medical security, health and health, do a good job in policy publicity and education services, respond to people's demands in a timely manner, and vigorously promote the construction of people's livelihood in communities. Do a good job in community cultural construction, carry out civilized streets, civilized units and civilized communities, and organize communities under their jurisdiction to carry out cultural, entertainment, sports and popular science activities. We will do a good job in grassroots social security such as supporting the army and providing social relief, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, women, children, the disabled and retired soldiers. Actively develop community service industry and improve the professional level of community service.

4.(4) Implement comprehensive management. Implement urban management, population management, social governance and other work within the jurisdiction, undertake the responsibilities of organization and leadership, implementation and comprehensive coordination, and promote the normal management of relevant administrative affairs within the jurisdiction.

5.(5) Supervise professional management. Carry out mass supervision and social supervision on all kinds of professional law enforcement work within the jurisdiction, and coordinate relevant forces in the region to assist in post-event supervision of supervision and inspection work.

6. Leading grassroots self-government. Responsible for the construction of community neighborhood committees, guide the work of community neighborhood committees, cultivate and develop community social organizations, and guide and supervise community owners' committees. 8.(8) Maintain public safety. Undertake peace building, comprehensive management of social security, public safety and other work. Do a good job in risk prevention and control, deal with emergencies, letters and visits from the masses, reflect social conditions and public opinion, investigate and resolve contradictions and disputes, and strengthen supervision and management of safety production and fire safety. Assist in the management of municipal public facilities, city appearance and environmental sanitation, greening and beautification within the jurisdiction. Assist in the supervision and management of production safety, fire safety, food safety, environmental protection, labor security, floating population and rental houses according to law, and undertake emergency, flood control and disaster prevention and mitigation work in the jurisdiction.

9, (nine) in accordance with the management authority, responsible for the education, training, selection and supervision of staff of government agencies and institutions. Assist in the management of personnel stationed in this unit.

10, (10) Undertake decentralized economic and social management authority and comprehensive administrative law enforcement matters according to laws and regulations.
