Suggestions and measures: the recognition of excellent trees is inclined to graduation grades and graduation disciplines. The school attaches great importance to the teaching work of the graduating class, and the teaching results are inclined to the graduating class under the same conditions.

Cause of action: the graduation grade coefficient is too large, which is too different from the basic grade.

Article 1 In order to ensure that the teaching and administrative staff participate in the democratic management, supervision and decision-making of the school according to law, highlight the main position of the teaching and administrative staff, implement the right to know, participate, express and supervise the teaching and administrative staff, and improve the modern school system.

In order to promote schools to run schools according to law, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Trade Union Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions of the School Staff Congress (Order No.32 of the Ministry of Education) and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation in our province.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to all public kindergartens and schools at all levels within the administrative area of this province (hereinafter referred to as schools).

Article 3 The school staff congress (hereinafter referred to as the teachers' congress) is the basic form for the staff to participate in the democratic management, supervision and decision-making of the school according to law, an important content for the school to strengthen the party building and the construction of a clean and honest party style, and an important part of the school management system.
