Rongbao is the mascot of the 31st Summer Universiade.

The mascot is based on the giant panda "Zhima" of the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, holding a Universiade torch with the word "31" in its hand. On December 30, 2019, the mascot of the 31st Summer Universiade in Chengdu 2021 was held at the Universiade Village of Chengdu University.
