Open the document. Find View, find Outline and click to enter Outline View.

Find the "text" in the upper left corner, and you can edit the three-level title from the drop-down list. Select the text content of the primary title, and then click "1" in the drop-down list, select the text content of the secondary title, and then click "2" in the drop-down list. Then set the title style. Click "Start" to find the "Number Format" marked in the middle red box. Click "Other Numbers" in the drop-down list, and then a dialog box pops up, where you can select "Multi-level Numbers".

After selecting the numbering style, you can click Customize to set the title font and effect at all levels.

After setting the 1 level title, find the "level" in the red box on the left, select "2" to set the secondary title, and then select "3" to do similar operations.
