I. A series of voluntary service activities

"Holding hands with big hands, having love and having fun —— Teaching activities in Tongji Huang Du Primary School" has been carried out for one semester and achieved good results. I hope it can be developed as a brand activity for a long time. This volunteer activity, through the teaching of volunteers, has improved the quality of primary school students, enabled college students to apply what they have learned and get in touch with the society more, and fully echoed the theory of "teaching and learning learn from each other".

Preparations for the event will be completed in March. Volunteers will be recruited from the college to complete the training. At the same time, volunteers will be grouped according to their hobbies and specialties, and the team leader will be selected. Before the start of volunteer service, each group should write the activity plan and arrange the courses. From the beginning of April, every Tuesday from noon 12: 20 to 13: 10, about 15 people will be divided into 4 groups to participate in this activity.

(2) Photography Volunteer Service Team-Turn the moment of love into eternity.

After a trial in the hospital last semester, the role of the photography volunteer service team has been determined. Not only independently completed a number of services, but also successfully cooperated with various large-scale activities of the hospital. Therefore, this semester will continue to form a stronger service team to serve the needy groups.

In March, the Volunteer Service Center will conduct school recruitment and on-site registration in a street in Xintiandi. Or recruit volunteers by distributing leaflets, registration forms and emails. Pass the exam and train qualified volunteers into groups. After that, volunteers will participate in various activities in colleges and schools in groups and take photos for each activity.

This semester, the team members will be informed to participate in activities that require photography volunteers as much as possible, and each activity needs the logo of telecom volunteers. Through the participation of volunteers, the purpose of promoting the team is achieved.

(III) Volunteer service activities for the World Expo

The World Expo will officially kick off on May 1 2065, which will be the focus and center of this semester's work. At that time, the arrangement will be adjusted at any time according to the above instructions. At the beginning of May, we began to prepare for China International Import Expo(CIIE) and fully serve China International Import Expo(CIIE).

Second, the theme group day activities of "Shuxiang Classroom"

In order to make communication more convenient and fast, and at the same time better assist other departments of the Youth League Committee, such as delivering messages and sending notices. The organization department will continue to strengthen the contact with the secretary of the league branch of each class. On this basis, in order to form a good atmosphere of loving and enjoying reading in the whole hospital, a group day activity with the theme of "scholarly classroom" was carried out.

At that time, this activity will be carried out in class. At the beginning of April, each class needs to carry out activities independently to promote reading in the class in various forms. At the end of April, each class needs to show the process and results of their reading activities in the form of slides and videos, and make a comparison. The winning class will be rewarded. At one time, the concept of "reading more books and reading good books" was advocated, and at the same time, the exchange and study between departments and classes were promoted, which laid a good foundation for the development of League branch activities in the future.

Third, practical activities.

(A) "Where is the way-professional employment direction and situation" survey activities

In order to further understand the employment direction and situation of college students majoring in Telecommunications, and help them understand more employment information and future school planning, we plan to conduct a survey on "Where is the way-the employment direction and situation of this major".

The activity will be prepared in March and officially started in April. Participants will be selected for the students of the whole hospital. All the students are divided into two groups. One group walked into the relevant enterprises, visited the personnel department, learned about the relevant situation, and investigated the same professionals who had already worked to get a deeper understanding of their working conditions. The other group went into the talent recruitment market to investigate the recruitment situation of various enterprises and the employment direction and situation of their majors.

(b) "Slogan of Civilization-Expo Action"

The World Expo is about to open, and Shanghai is filled with the atmosphere of the Expo. Shanghai World Expo is a green and civilized Expo. The purpose of this activity is to let the students go out of the campus, polish their eyes and appreciate the changes in Shanghai.

The activity plan will be launched in April. All registered students will walk into different communities in groups to find the civilized slogan of the World Expo and record it with photos or words.

Fourth, make work briefing, a student union of the league school.

This semester, the Secretariat will continue to make a copy of work briefing of the Youth League Committee every month. Work briefing mainly includes the main activities of the delegation in the near future and the work prospect for next month. Pay close attention to the development of the college at any time, collect and sort out the information of activities held every month, mainly including press releases and photos. At the same time, ask all departments for next month's work plan and sort it out comprehensively.

On the basis of last semester, the content of the briefing will be more abundant, which can involve the introduction of colleges and leagues, college activities and students' campus life, and record what students like to see and hear. And strive to pass the briefing to more people, so that everyone can know more about the college and the alliance. And enrich students' cultural knowledge and spare time life, and expand the influence of the league.

20 10 is the Expo year. By then, many college students will go to the Expo Park to participate in volunteer work. At that time, a newspaper will be specially produced for volunteers to record their enthusiasm and style.
