Ventilation system network

The ventilation system network diagram is abstractly drawn according to the mine ventilation system diagram, reflecting the mine ventilation network structure. The ventilation system network diagram is divided into five special layers: main and auxiliary shafts, coal mining face, heading head, ventilation machinery and ventilation network branches, as shown in Figure 4. 5.

1) The main shaft and auxiliary shaft's thematic attribute table items include: name, winch model, hoisting length, well deviation (), voltage grade, motor model, motor power (kW), reducer, sheave diameter, hoisting mode, skip loading, hoisting cycle time, wire rope and maximum rope speed (m/s).

2) The special attribute table items of coal mining face surface include: name, coal mining method, support mode, strike length (m), inclined length (m), area (m2), coal seam dip angle (), coal seam thickness, recoverable reserves, coal density, coal seam occurrence, coal seam structure, horizon, soft stratification thickness, coal seam joints, coal seam roof and floor properties and surrounding rock types. Occurrence period of coal spontaneous combustion, coal seam gas content (m3/ t), coal seam gas pressure (MPa), absolute gas emission (m3/ min) and fault properties.

3) Thematic attribute list items of heading point layer include heading name, coordinate x, coordinate y, gas concentration (%), air volume (m3/ min), sectional area (m2), staffing, support form, leader, gas engineer, heading method, temperature (℃), carbon dioxide concentration (%), dust prevention measures, and outburst danger prediction index (.

4) The items in the thematic attribute table of ventilation machinery point layer include: name, model, manufacturer, location, power (kW), air volume (m3/ min), wind speed (m/s) and quantity.

5) The items in the subject attribute table of network branch layer include: wind path name, length (m), cross-sectional area (m2), air volume (m3/ min), wind speed (m/s), friction coefficient and wind resistance.
