I also asked the students to write "class diaries" in turn in the group every day. Anything can be written as long as it is around the collective construction of the class. Students' class diaries can timely reflect students' personal conduct, learning attitudes and methods, class discipline, the relationship between cadres and the masses, the relationship between teachers and students, etc. In this way, I can know all aspects of the class in time and take timely measures to guide students' daily behavior and habits. Every time I decorate my class, I tell my classmates what I think, and many students actively give advice to the teachers.
