I. General requirements

3, for the newly installed tower crane on the site, all need to go through the whole machine inspection and commissioning.

4, the driver must be in accordance with the provisions of the tower crane maintenance and inspection work, conscientiously do a good job of cleaning, lubrication, fastening, adjustment and anti-corrosion.

5, the driver must fill in the mechanical equipment operation resume information on time.

6. It is forbidden for drivers to operate on the computer after drinking or getting sick.

Second, the tower crane before operation

1, check the foundation condition, whether there is subsidence, and ensure the safety of crane foundation.

2. Check the site environment to ensure a safe working distance and various safety conditions.

3. Check the tower mechanism for leakage.

4. Check the safety and lubrication of all transmission parts and structural parts.

5. Check whether the limit device and safety device are flexible and reliable.

6, check the wire rope. Wear, damage and replacement.

7. When starting the operation on the computer, first whistle for warning.

Third, the tower crane operation

1, the lifting weight must be strictly in accordance with the provisions in the manual and shall not be overloaded.

2. Tasman must strictly follow the signals, semaphores and gestures issued by the signalman; Ring the bell before operation; If it is found that the unclear signal or command error will cause an accident, the driver has the right to refuse to implement it and take measures to prevent the accident.

3, it is forbidden to use lifting hook lifting personnel.

4. When operating the controller, the controller should be pushed from the zero position of the checkpoint to the first gear, and then pushed to other gears step by step. It is forbidden to exceed the gear position. When changing the direction in the operation of the transmission device, first set the controller back to zero, and then reverse the operation after the transmission stops. It is forbidden to directly change the direction of operation, and strive for stability in operation. It is forbidden to suddenly rise and stop.

5. The distance between the lifting height of the hook and the boom head should not be less than one meter.

6, heavy translation, its height distance across the object should be greater than 50 cm.

7. The rotation of the topspin tower crane shall not exceed 360 degrees.

8, crane radius of gyration must strictly implement the provisions of the manual.

9, crane in shutdown, rest or midway power failure, should loosen the brake, drop the weight to the ground, loosen the hook, and shall not make the weight hanging in the air.

10. Safety measures must be taken to prevent fire and electric shock accidents when heating the operation room in winter.

1 1. Joking and smoking are prohibited in the operating room during working hours; Drivers should concentrate on the operation and don't chat with others; Do not leave your post without authorization during working hours.

12, adhere to the ten don't lift in lifting:

(1) When the command signal is unknown, hoisting is not allowed.

(2) Cable-stayed and hanging are not allowed.

(3) It is forbidden to lift objects with unknown weight or overload.

(4) No lifting is allowed when loose objects are not fastened or materials are loaded.

(5) No one is allowed to hang on the hanging object.

(6) It is not allowed to hoist buried objects.

(7) When the mechanical safety device fails or gets sick, it is not allowed to be hoisted.

(8) The site is dark and there is no lifting point. Lifting is not allowed.

(9) The blade is in direct contact with the wire rope, and lifting is not allowed without protective measures.

(10) It is forbidden to hoist in strong winds above level 6.

13, no operation is allowed when the wind is above level 6 and in thunderstorm days; Cranes need special treatment during the storm.

14. During multi-tower operation, the safe working distance should be ensured, and the safe distance between the heavy objects hanging on the hook should not be less than five meters. In any case, the vertical distance between the bottom of the hook of the high crane and the low crane shall not be less than two meters. If the tower arms of the two cranes are staggered, the hook of the high crane should retreat out of the intersection range of the rotary radii of the two cranes, or the hook should be raised to a high place to prevent vicious collision.

15, boom and lifting objects must keep a safe distance from high and low voltage overhead transmission lines:

The horizontal distance between (1) and the low-voltage power supply line is not less than three meters.

(2) The horizontal distance from the high-voltage power supply line is not less than six meters.

16, it is forbidden for heavy objects to fall freely, and the heavy objects should slowly fall into place at a distance of one to two meters.

17. When lifting or lowering parts and heavy objects, no one is allowed to stay or walk under heavy objects.

18. It is forbidden to repair, adjust and maintain the crane in operation, and online inspection is not allowed unless necessary.

19, the driver must take the escalator up and down, and it is not allowed to carry heavy objects when going up and down the escalator.

20. In the absence of special guards, it is forbidden to throw things down from the tower crane.

Four, after the tower crane operation

1, after the operation, lift the hook to a distance of two to three meters from the top of the boom, turn the boom to the downwind direction, and release the brake. It is absolutely forbidden to restrict the boom from turning with the wind.

2. Drive the lifting trolley to the position specified in the manual, reset the controller to zero and cut off the main power supply. If the tower crane is a walking tower crane, the driver must lock the rail clamp when leaving his post.

3, mechanical inspection seriously, early detection of hidden dangers, do a good job of maintenance, keep the machinery in good condition.

4. Double-shift and multi-shift operations must be handed over: the task requirements are not clear, the mechanical maintenance is not thorough, and the reasons for the loss and damage of parts and tools are not clear.
