In the movie Avatar, which is popular all over the world, the floating mountains scattered by Pandora are set in Wulingyuan, the core scenic spot in Zhangjiajie, Hunan. Without Zhangjiajie, the great movie Avatar could not have been born.

I. Introduction to the film:

Avatar is a sci-fi movie, directed by James Cameron, produced by 20th Century Fox and starring sam worthington, zoe saldana and sigourney weaver.

The film was released in North America on February 6th, 2009 in 2D, 3D and IMAX-3D formats. This film mainly tells the story of human beings wearing the body of Avatar and flying to the distant Pandora planet to develop resources.

The concept of suspended mountain in Avatar comes from Huangshan Mountain. Director Cameron said that Hallelujah Mountain really belongs to China, because it was inspired by Huangshan Mountain, and they just lifted it into the air. The crew also specially sent people to China to collect scenery and finally formed animation.
