What effect do you think motivational slogans posted in the classroom have?

It’s very useful for me. Every time I want to slack off, I will take a look at the inspirational slogans in the classroom: Young people don’t work hard, bosses are sad. They are posted in the classroom and can be seen every day. They are clear. I remember when I was in high school, every time I would be absent from class, I would look up at those eye-catching slogans and feel embarrassed.
