High-voltage power lines, long-distance natural gas pipelines, oil pipelines or municipal roads shall not pass through or through primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; The distance between the production, operation, storage and use places or facilities of inflammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and corrosive dangerous goods and primary and secondary schools and kindergartens shall comply with the relevant provisions of the state and province.

Within 200 meters of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, there shall be no business premises such as Internet service, business electronic game room, billiards room, dance hall, etc. Those that affect the normal teaching order and the physical and mental health of teenagers should be established.
