What is the content of the draft Hainan Free Trade Port Law?

Legal analysis: Hainan Free Trade Port legislation is the only local legislation carried out by the National People's Congress at the national level. Except Hong Kong and Macao, it is the first time in inland areas, which reflects the determination and will of the country to keep opening up and promote economic globalization. Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of building a high-level Hainan Free Trade Port with China characteristics, promoting the formation of a new pattern of reform and opening up at a higher level, establishing a new open economic system, and promoting the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the socialist market economy.

Article 9 The state supports Hainan Free Trade Port to actively adapt to the development of international economic and trade rules and the new trend of global economic governance system reform, and actively carry out international exchanges and cooperation.
